A made-to-measure gown is not only about a gown itself, it is a great experience in which our customers enjoy the creation process of their dreamed dress. Here you can find some guidelines:

What we do

We make made to measure wedding and evening gowns at our studio based in Colchester. In Bibiana Cabello´s Atelier we carry out the entire manufacturing process of our dresses and  receive our clients to do the fittings.

How we do it

On the first appointment, we hold a small interview, to get to know our client, and what kind of design we will be focusing on. After this interview, we sketch some designs that will be presented along with a choice of materials that we would potentially use.

The chosen design will be materialised in toile, and first fitting will be done to check the pattern so that the client can see the first result of his design.

The fabric will be cut and another test will be carried out to check the fabric in the dress. This fitting is very exciting, our girls are always very happy at this stage because the can see their dreamed dress for the very first time.

It countinues with some more tests to focus on the endings; usually two or three more appointments are needed.

We would be delighet if you book your appointment and visit our atelier without commitment.

Visit our workshop and we will be delighted to show you our huge variety of designs and fabrics available at our workshop. It is very important for us to unveil to our brides the creation process and the fine quality we are committed to.

For the wedding gowns we need almost four months in advance in order to start the process, but special ones, for example, embroidered, need from six months in advance for a relax process. If you require your dress earlier, please contact our team to check our availability and options.

Made to measure wedding gowns start from £2500.
